THE BRISTOW HOMELESS UNIT (PATH)

The Bristow Homeless PATH unit is designed to serve people of all ages, who are:

  • homeless,
  • diagnosed with a major mental illness, AND
  • not receiving services at another MHMRA Clinic.
  • Program components include:

  • Assertive Outreach,
  • Assessment and Intake, AND
  • Intensive Case Management.
  • Clients open to the Bristow Unit are able to access the following clinical and non-clinical services:

  • physicain assessment,
  • medication management,
  • individual and group counseling,
  • substance abuse assessment and counseling,
  • nursing services,
  • wrap around case management,
  • sack lunches,
  • showers,
  • laundry,
  • phones,
  • lockers, and
  • access to the clothing closet.
  • Referrals to the Bristow PATH Program come from community agencies, other NPC units (PES, CSU, CRU, MCOT) and individuals.

    Location: 2627 Caroline Street, Houston, TX 77004.
    Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
