Qualification documentation must be submitted to the Purchasing Department by 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, September 12, 2012, at 7011 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074 in a sealed envelope marked "REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL - WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2012" "ENGINEERING SERVICES".
