A Mandatory Conference and Site Visit is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 21, 2012 at 7011 Southwest Freeway, Houston, TX. Qualification documentation must be submitted to the Purchasing Department by 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at 7011 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074 in a sealed envelope marked "REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL - TUESDAY, JUNE 5, 2012" "CIVIL ENGINEER/SURVEYOR SERVICES".
