Qualification documentation must be submitted to the Purchasing Department by 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at 7011 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074 in a sealed envelope marked "REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL - WEDNESDAY, JULY 18, 2012" "ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES".
