MENTAL HEALTH MENTAL RETARDATION AUTHORITY OF HARRIS COUNTY will be accepting responses to a Request for Proposal for the following service:

Scope: MHMRA of Harris County expects to enter into a relationship with a Vendor qualified to provide Pre-Employment Health Services.

Specifications may be secured from MHMRA, Harris County, Purchasing Department, located at 7011 Southwest Freeway, Suite 100, Houston, Texas 77074; telephone (713) 970-7300 and/or via MHMRA website www.mhmraharris.org beginning Tuesday, April 24, 2012. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, May 2, 2012 @ 11:00 a.m., 7011 Southwest Freeway. The deadline for prospective vendors to submit questions to this RFP is Tuesday, May 8, 2012. Responses to the Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted to Purchasing Department by 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, May 17, 2012, at 7011 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074 in a sealed enveloped marked "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL – THURSDAY, MAY 17, 2012, “PRE-EMPLOYMENT HEALTH SERVICES ”.
