The Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted to Purchasing Department, Suite 100, 7011 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074 in a sealed envelope marked "RFP- DO NOT OPEN UNTIL – WEDNESDAY, APRIL 04, 2012 – NUTRITION & HOT FOOD SERVICES".
