Deadline for prospective vendors to submit questions to this RFP is Monday, November 14, 2011. Proposals must be submitted to Purchasing Services, 7011 SW Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074 by 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 5, 2011 in a sealed enveloped marked "PROPOSAL - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL – MONDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2011, Inpatient Competency Restoration Program".
