The Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted to Purchasing Department, Suite 100, 7011 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074 by Monday, March, 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in a sealed envelope marked "RFP- DO NOT OPEN UNTIL – THURSDAY, APRIL 05, 2012, 10 AM – HARDWARE LOAD BALANCERS".
