Specifications may be secured from MHMRA, Harris County, Purchasing Department located at 7011 Southwest Freeway, Suite 100 in Houston, Texas 77074, telephone (713) 970-7300 and/or via MHMRA website www.mhmraharris.org beginning Tuesday, January 11, 2011. Site Visits are scheduled Tuesday – Friday, January 18-21, 2011. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for, Tuesday, January 25, 2011 @ 11:00 a.m., 7011 Southwest Freeway. Proposals must be submitted to Purchasing Services, 7011 SW Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074 by 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 15, 2011 in a sealed enveloped marked "PROPOSAL - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL – TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2011, AGENCY GROUNDS KEEPING SERVICES".
