Specifications may be secured from MHMRA, Harris County, Purchasing Services, 1st floor, located at 7011 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074; telephone (713) 970-7300 and/or via MHMRA website http://www.mhmraharris.org beginning Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Proposal documentation must be submitted to the Purchasing Department by 10:00 a.m., on Monday, June 18, 2012, at 7011 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074 in a sealed envelope marked "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL - MONDAY, JUNE 18, 2012" "FACILITY SPECIALTY SERVICE PROVIDERS: Electrical, Painting, Plumbing, Flooring, General Contractor and HVAC".
