WHAT WE DO
Transition Services are a coordinated set of activities for a student, designed within an outcome oriented process, that promotes movement from school to post-school activities, including post secondary education, vocational training, integrated employment (including supported employment), continuing adult education, adult services, independent living, or community participation.

HOW TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE
Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities: Services are provided for students ages 14 to 22 diagnosed with mental retardation, autism, or pervasive developmental disorder. Click here to request our services or contact Roycelyn Williams at (713) 970-7699 for additional information.
Adult Mental Health: Services are provided for adult students while attending high school and are diagnosed with a mental health condition. Contact Claire Shynett at (713) 970-3909.
Children & Adolescents: Services are provided for children and adolescents ages 4 to 17.9 years of age who have a diagnosis of mental health or a dual diagnosis of mental health and mild mental retardation. Contact Eliza McClain (713) 970-8448.
