The MR Employment Services Program is a job placement and job-coaching program for adults. The first step in the application process is to contact the consumer's Service Coordinator and request a referral. If a consumer does not have a Service Coordinator or is on the Service Coordination waiting list, they may contact the program directly and we will attempt to obtain funding for their services from the Texas Rehabilitation Commission.

Consumers provide their own transportation. Consumers in need of assistance with transportation should contact their Service Coordinator. Transportation assistance may also be arranged through Employment Connections staff if no other transportation options are available to the consumer.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM for facility-based job readiness classes. Services provided at a consumer's home or at their job will be delivered at a time that is agreed upon by the consumer and program staff. Long-term follow-up services are available for consumers who no longer need intensive job coaching services.
