A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 2627 Caroline, Houston, TX 77002. Proposals must be submitted to Purchasing Department by 1:30 p.m., on Monday, July 13, 2009, at 7011 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77074 in a sealed envelope marked "PROPOSAL - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL - MONDAY, JULY 13, 2009 RENOVATIONS AT BRISTOW FACILITY".
